Truck Bodies
With our new modular, weld-less design, we can now manufacture truck bodies using a combination of pre-galvanized sheet (up to 3 mm) and hot-dip galvanized components for thicker sections—making full galvanization practical and cost-effective.
A cost comparison between raw materials (with traditional priming and painting) and pre-galvanized materials showed only a small price difference. The few components requiring hot-dip treatment make little impact on the total cost, and the savings from using raw material barely cover the additional preparation and painting expenses.
As a result, we can offer a white-painted body (made from raw material) at nearly the same price as a fully galvanized body, though it provides less corrosion and wear protection.
Custom Trailers
We are passionate about designing innovative solutions, which is where our custom trailers come into their own. Our focus is on creating highly functional trailers that simplify everyday tasks and enhance usability. Over the years, we have successfully designed and built multifunctional trailers tailored to diverse needs. One such example includes a trailer with removable sides, allowing it to be easily adapted for both motorcycle transportation and garden waste removal. In addition, we have designed purpose-built display trailers, such as the example shown on the right, which was used to showcase operational gates and gate motors at the ECR Garden and Home Show. This trailer was also designed to fold up, making it easier to transport.
